Happenings This Week....

My bathroom re-do project is almost finished!!! I just need to put up the finishing touches and then I will post my new bathroom!!! I do love the way it is turning out, thanks to Baylee for showing me e-bay I have ordered some cute stuff to decorate with. I just haven't found all the time in the world to get it finished yet........
Bold and I spent Saturday in California at a rodeo, Bold's two buddies peter'd out on him so I went instead! We dropped our boys off with my parents and we headed down, that was the quickest trip I have ever made to Cali.!!! Holy Smokes!!!! We spent 10 hours driving down, 1 hour at the rodeo and 10 more hours coming home. Ya it was CRAZY!!! But I LOVE IT!!!!! I love spending time with my hubby even if it is in a car for 20 hours straight. We really don't get to spend a lot of time together, so I will take it!!
My Trey Dawg went to get his first dose of H1N1 vaccine. I feel a little better knowing he is protected now. I have been freakin' about the washing hands and sanitizing all the time, hopefully this will ease some of my anxiety.....
Creeders had his first ever dentist appointment yesterday. He did really well!! He loves the spit suction!!!! Luckily our friend Angela works at the dentist office and she was kind enough to let Creed play with it while we waited for the dentist. He would put it in his mouth and close his lips so it would suck his cheeks in and he would just laugh..... Aw the memories!!!
I am excited for the holiday season!!!! I think it has to do a lot with us having our first Christmas in our own house!!! I have got most of my shopping done, I think I will be ready. I do tend to get a little over-whelmed with the holidays, I HATE spending the money I have worked so hard all year to save!! I am also excited for Thanksgiving, I think we are going to Cedar to be with my brother and his fiance' and her family. I have so much to be thankful for, but I will do my gratitude post when it gets a little closer to Thanksgiving.
In a wrap, our family is doing great, sorry for the lack of photos with this post but I am too lazy to get some batteries at the store. Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a tight-wad with my $$$, I just have a hard time forking over $$$ for batteries......
